Rule of Law and Accountability Advocacy Centre (RULAAC) is a non-profit, independent national human rights advocacy organization, registered in Nigeria with headquarters in Lagos. RULAAC is focused on promoting law enforcement accountability, transparent and responsible policing, respect for human rights and rule of law.

RULAAC implements its mandate through monitoring, investigation, research, documentation, publication, advocacy, networking with other civil society organisations and engagement with relevant government justice institutions in advancing police reform. RULAAC assists victims of human rights violations to seek and secure justice. RULAAC has participated in the review of criminal justice legislations including the recently passed Police Act 2020 as well as monitoring and promoting effective implementation of laws and policies aimed at enhancing effective criminal justice delivery

It has a Board of Trustees and a secretariat in Lagos
